EVENT SET UP DETAILS:

• Booth fees are $40 for a 10x10 outdoor space. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances unless an event is cancelled. If you sign up for an event and cannot make it to the event date, it is your responsibility to contact us via email at [email protected]
  
• Location: Brandenburg Riverfront Park by the gazebo

• WEATHER: This is an outdoor event. Each vendor must provide their own table and tent. The market will be open rain or shine. If we are expected to encounter high winds, storms, or ice the market will be rescheduled for a later date. If you cannot make the rescheduled date, we will allow transfer your event fee to another event date.
• NO-SHOWS: If you register for the event and for some reason are not able to make it, you must give us notice before the start time of the event via email at [email protected]. Failure to give notice will result your business in being banned from all future events. 

• ELECTRICITY:
  We have limited electricity spots. Please check the electric spot on your application if you need electric.

• OPERATING HOURS:
  Vendors should be set up by 9am and are required to be open until the end of the event at 3pm. Vendors may arrive to set up at 7:00 am EST. All vehicles must be parked and out of the set up area by 8:30am. Early set up and break down is not permitted. 

• LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PROPERTY: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
• CLEAN UP: Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area. If you have large items such as boxes to throw away there is a dumpster at this location.
• Disrespect towards event staff, another vendor, or shoppers will not be tolerated.  We reserve the right to remove any vendor from the event in response to such behavior. 

• ADVERTISEMENT FOR EVENT:
  We invest a great amount of time and money into advertising for all events to ensure a great turnout for everyone attending. Radio advertising, Paid Facebook Ads, Organic Facebook marketing, and Signage throughout the community are all ways we advertise.

•  COMMUNICATION:
  We will communicate with you THROUGH EMAIL. Please check your email, especially the week before the event. If you have registered and do not see an email from us, please check your spam folder and double check the spelling of the email address you registered under.
